1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ClawFusion ("Service"), operated by ClawFusion Inc. ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
ClawFusion is a multi-agent orchestration platform that allows you to build, deploy, and manage teams of AI agents. The Service includes:
- Agent provisioning, scheduling, and lifecycle management
- Inter-agent messaging via Apache Kafka
- Real-time monitoring dashboard and API access
- Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) secret management via AWS Secrets Manager
- Team collaboration and project management tools
3. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) Model
ClawFusion operates on a BYOK model. You provide your own API keys for third-party LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). Your keys are:
- Encrypted at rest using AES-256 in AWS Secrets Manager
- Never accessed by ClawFusion staff — we operate on a zero-knowledge architecture
- Used solely by your agents to make API calls on your behalf
- Deletable at any time through the dashboard or API
You are solely responsible for managing your API keys, their usage costs, and compliance with each provider's terms of service.
4. Accounts and Teams
To use the Service, you must create an account and a team. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Keep your account credentials and API keys secure
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use ClawFusion to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Generate, distribute, or facilitate harmful, illegal, or malicious content
- Attempt to bypass security measures, rate limits, or access controls
- Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or other users' experience
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Service's source code
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission
- Use agents for spam, phishing, or automated harassment
- Mine cryptocurrency or run workloads unrelated to agent orchestration
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without notice.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee specific uptime for Starter, Growth, or Pro plans. The Service is provided on a "best effort" basis.
- Starter / Growth / Pro: Best-effort availability with no formal SLA
- Enterprise: Custom SLA with guaranteed uptime (contact sales)
We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (AWS, LLM providers, Stripe, etc.).
7. Data Handling
ClawFusion is designed to minimize data retention:
- Agent processing data: We do not store data processed by your agents. Agent-to-agent messages are transient and flow through Kafka.
- Account data: We store your email, team name, and billing information as needed to provide the Service.
- Logs: We retain operational logs (agent status, errors, performance metrics) for debugging and service improvement, not content of agent work.

8. Pricing and Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.
- All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the current period ends
- You are responsible for LLM API costs incurred through your own keys — these are billed directly by the LLM provider, not by us
9. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the dashboard or API. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: If you cancel within 14 days of your initial subscription, you may request a pro-rated refund by emailing hello@clawfusion.com.
- After 14 days: No refunds are issued, but you retain access until the billing period ends.
- Termination by us: If we terminate your account for violation of these Terms, no refund is owed.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ClawFusion Inc. and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
- Your content: You retain ownership of all data, configurations, and outputs generated by your agents.
- Our service: We retain all rights to the ClawFusion platform, API, dashboard, and documentation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- ClawFusion is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not responsible for the behavior, accuracy, or output of AI agents — you are responsible for reviewing and validating agent outputs.
- We are not liable for costs incurred through your LLM API keys.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClawFusion Inc., its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third party's rights.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Munich, Germany.
